Bio

I paint, primarily in watercolours, and write poetry as when the muse prevails and resources of physical and emotional stamina permit. Since 2003 I've been struggling with ME/CFS, recently experiencing a few more better days. In that time the web has proved a real lifeline via my various blogs, websites, forums and social-networking sites.

Apart from this 'virtual' reality, in my more 'tactile' reality I'm blessed with a wonderful loving, caring and scatty partner, Helen.
